Absence From Work Certificates

Paddington Central Pharmacy can issue Medical Certificates. 

If you or someone under your care are unwell and unable to go to work, our pharmacists may be able to provide a medical certificate. Pharmacists are under no obligation to issue a certificate when requested. Pharmacists can issue certificates for up to two days and only on the day the customer presents in store. Pharmacists can only provide a certificate for conditions within their recognised area of practice, and not for university exams, or work cover claims.
